We are accepting applications for ASEP 2023 from September 1st. Below are the complete details of the process and documents.
Application Acceptance: September 30th ‘2023 EST.
TIMELINES FOR THE 2023 APPLICATIONS
- First day of application acceptance: July 13th, 2023
- Last day of application acceptance: September 30th, 2023
- Application review and processing: July 2023 — September 20th, 2023
- Submitting finalized students list to Executive team and Board: 21st September 2023.
- Executive team and Board approvals: First week of October 2023
- Publishing the finalized list to General Members: Second week of October 2023
- Planning to Initiate 10 places in India to scholarships during Dasara Holidays in October 2023
- Cheques arrangements and distribution to students: From First week of November 2023
- All the cheques should be distributed before Christmas 2023.
